Discovery Session
Discovery session is for building the foundation of the client-coach relationship. We both want to know that we are the “right fit” for each other and what our expectations are of each other.
STEP 2
Goal Setting
I can guide you to set SMART goals by ensuring your accountability and building strong basis for your action steps toward a successful outcome.
Realizing a big goal will affect positively the other aspects of your life.
STEP 3
Explore
Exploring is the most interesting section of coaching. This is the time when my thought-provoking questions lead you deep into your inner universe, help you discover the root causes of your issues and find the answers you have been looking for.
STEP 4
Action Plan
Every coaching session ends with an action plan. It is good to set the goal, explore, talk about the expected outcome but it makes no sense without having an action plan in place. You are the one who comes up with the steps that works best for you towards reaching your goal.
STEP 5
Enjoy your success
